I am interested in addressing three primary lines of enquiry:

I am interested in addressing three primary lines of enquiry:
- Associations between lifestyle risk factors and cardiometabolic disease, with a focus on racial/ethnic disparities.
- Mechanisms underlying cardiovascular disease etiology.
- Development and interpretation of noninvasive methodologies for assessing cardiovascular disease risk.
- To help lead the our understanding and of health disparities and mitigate cardiovascular disease risk.
- Develop the next generation of empowered scientists!
- I’m fully bilingual, and my first language is Spanish
- I’m a foodie! My hope is to identify good food, drinks, & coffee wherever I go
- I'm married to Taylor and we have an amazing puppy, Olive.
- I love to travel.
- I played sports in High School which kick-started my interest in Exercise Science
