The goal of the CML is to mitigate public cardiometabolic disease (CMD) risk through the development of 24-hour activity cycle (24-HAC) guidelines that are accessible to all. The 24-HAC encompasses physical activity, sleep and sedentary behavior, of which our group is particularly focused on sedentary behavior. Specific interrelated areas of enquiry include:
